Water Pipe Break in Local Gym and Crossfit Club
A local gym and crossfit club had a pipe break inside their wall that caused the sheetrock and installation to get wet. Our crews were able to remove the wet and affected materials by completing a "flood cut". That is where the bottom 2-4 feet of drywall has been removed as well as insolation. This allows the structure of the wall to be dried and keeps the disruption to a minimum.
We were able to keep the mitigation and demolition minimal enough that the daily business of the gym was not affected and they were still able to serve their customers.
