Condo HOA Water Damage in Otay Mesa

These photos illustrate what can happen in an HOA condo building when a laundry drain overflows from above.

In this case, the HOA unit we were working in was in the San Diego area and had a unit above it. The unit above had a laundry drain pipe that leaked, resulting in water damage in the units below.

Thankfully the damage to our client's unit was fairly minimal, and we were able to get away with just some demolition and drywall cuts, as well as our specialty drying equipment.
